We are now seeking a Proposal Support Manager to build proposal work flow and structure, as well as manage large-scale tendering projects.   Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to building proposal support related projects and platforms, continuously promote proposal ecosystem; • Live support functional teams to prepare proposals with high quality and efficiency, regularly update and enrich standard documents; • Proactively explore future advanced technology driven tools and lead to deployment; • Cooperate with team members to complete the tasks assigned by In-charge   Experience & Background: • Bachelor or above degree holder; • Working experience in Big 4 or similar consulting firms; • Minimum 5 years’ experience working as proposal coordinator or project manager, leading teams to successfully win the tender; • Excellent data analysis capabilities; • Strong business acumen with good analytical, communication, business modelling and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently under pressure, attention to detail and good time management; • Proficiency with data analysis/presentation tools, such as PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; • Professional working proficiency with excellent verbal, written and drafting skills in English and Mandarin Chinese • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager   We offer successful candidates an attractive remuneration package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment. The team is responsible for trade checkout and various control processes. Product Coverage of entire Fixed Income Trade Support Group are: Fixed income Bond, FX, Interest Rate and Credit OTC transactions include FX swaps, NDFs, FX options, Credit Default Swaps, Corporate Bonds, Distressed Bonds, Treasury Bonds, Interest Rate Swaps, cross-currency swaps, swaptions, cap, floor, FRA and other exotic/structured products. About the Role This role is primarily covering FX products. Key Responsibilities Timely and accurate trade capture and checkout Resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties by liaising with trading, sales and relevant teams Monitoring and processing trade lifecycle events Control, reconcile, and resolve the trade processing exceptions Working with technology for implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements Working with legal/compliance, IT and project teams to analyze new regulatory reform requirements and deploy new processes Performing and enhancing daily control processes for regulatory reporting to regulators such as JFSA Qualifications: University degree with 3+ years of relevant experience within investment banking operations Advanced aptitude to understand, utilize, and improve technology platforms Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment Relevant work experience with fixed income OTC products and related fields Relevant work experience in trade support function Knowledge of industry structure, regulations and participants
