As this is an office role a license from Hong Kong Insurance Authority by passing the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Exams (paper 1 & 2) and a valid HK ID card/passport is required.

Role Overview
As enrolment specialist, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience for our customers, brokers and group secretaries by swiftly and accurately carrying out comprehensive enrolment services for Bupa Global. You will be responsible for resolving any enrolment queries to both internal and external customers.
What you will do
Be an expert of the whole onboarding process.
Keep all enrolment activities recorded accurately in the relevant systems and processes.
Be familiar with all business rules/requirements in enrolment activities, making judgment to refer relevant cases.
Obtain all missing information for forms that come into the team directly from the customer/broker/group by telephone/email.
Take end-to-end ownership for the resolution of all customers/brokers and internal Bupa Global enrolment enquiries. Case managed all queries through to resolution.
Support Broker Service Team in any ad-hoc tasks such as Policy Changes, or support to cover Broker Service call queue on intermittently basis.
Complying with all regulatory and governance requirements such as Know Your Customer (KYC).
Ideally (not a must), obtain valid license with Hong Kong Insurance Authority (HKIA) by taking Paper 1 and Paper 2 in IIQE. Opportunity for candidates to sit for these examinations within first 3 months. Then, as a licensed holder, complete the required CPD recognised by HKIA to maintain the license.
What you will bring
Previous experience in the delivery of enrolment services, coupled with experience of case managing customer queries thorough to resolution.
A track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets in a high performing team environment.
Highly customer focussed and detail minded.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes.
Fluent in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
