Within the team based in Hong Kong, you will actively take part in delivering fifty-five's projects to multiple clients across the region. Those projects can relate to onsite conversion optimisation and/or digital media-mix optimisation as well as sophisticated ML-powered initiatives. During these projects, you will contribute to promoting a new user-centric vision of digital marketing, based on the systematic and methodical use of data to support decisions.

You will report to a Project Lead. As a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant, you will follow an action plan, issuing various deliverables during the project. You will guarantee the quality of web analytics data as well as its interpretation during delivery sessions with the client. You will be responsible for the content, the format and the overall quality of the outputs delivered to the client and for monitoring their operational and technical implementation.

Based on your good understanding of our expertise and our clients’ needs, you will collaborate with all of our teams to develop fifty-five's offer, both in terms of marketing and in terms of technical and operational delivery.

Job description

• Deliver missions related to the monitoring of the client’s digital activity based on key performance indicators (reporting), to onsite conversion optimization through data analysis and web & app testing, data visualization and related inquiries.
• Analyse data and structure relevant information for the client's benefit, in line with business indicators specific to their industry (eg. mobile operators, retail, travel, etc.)
• Meet clients' needs and pay attention to the quality of all deliverables
  

Education and Experience

• Master's degree (business, engineering) or equivalent diploma
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Japanese speaker is a must, JLPT level at least N3 or above
• 0-2 years (Consultant) / 3-5 years (senior Consultant) experience in project management or digital marketing, consulting firms (strategy, organization, change management, IS, etc.), business Intelligence software publishers (SAP, etc.), or media-buy agencies, digital or traditional
• Good to have knowledge of the main online acquisition channels: search engines (SEO, SEM and bid-management tools), display, affiliate marketing, emailing, social media, AdExchange, web and mobile applications, etc.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microbiology Research Assistant with over 5 years of experience in microbiology testing, with prior team management experience. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and conduct and supervise microbiological testing of food, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and pharmaceutical products.

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking to add to our pension consulting team.  Based in Hong Kong, this role will oversee the delivery of client work and support business development activities.  You will take a proactive approach at supporting business development and client deliveries for both existing and prospective clients. As a Senior Pension Consultant, you will provide end-to-end advice to clients on the retirement programs they offer to their employees.  You will help clients define strategy, design retirement plans, manage plan finances, meet regulatory requirements and manage risk.  This person will be a recognized subject matter expert and a senior individual contributor who manages large-scale projects, coaches team members and solves complex problems.  The growth opportunity includes wider intellectual pursuits and profile-building through collaboration with stakeholders, both regionally and internationally within Mercer.

POSITION SCOPE

We will count on you to:

• Be the lead consultant responsible to deliver calculations/ comparative analytics/ survey findings/ pension related advice with close management of team effort with high quality and in a time efficient approach.
• Act as the subject-matter expert in focused retirement topics.  Understand appropriate Mercer methods and tools (or recognized equivalent) in coaching junior members in completing assignments. 
• Serve as a lead consultant on medium and large clients and/ or second on jumbo clients.  Work on cross-geography retirement teams and projects.
• Attend to day-to-day enquiries from clients or internal counterparts in a responsive manner.
• Contribute to research and intellectual property regarding pension systems in Hong Kong, Greater China and Asia, as part of forming Mercer’s views on pension trends.  You will be able to apply your findings to arrive at recommendations or observations to add value to our clients.
• Digest and keep up with local regulations that impact on the financial planning industry in relation to investment and retirement matters, including MPF and ORSO ordinances in Hong Kong.
