We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on building and nurturing strategic relationships with brokerage firms, specifically promoting our Omnibus products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives with brokerage firms to drive the adoption of OSL's Omnibus products.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and client needs, allowing for tailored presentations and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products, enhancing the client experience.
• Provide ongoing support and training to partners to maximize product utilization and satisfaction.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record in establishing and nurturing relationships with brokerage firms or similar entities.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, with specific knowledge of Omnibus products being advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Mandarin and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

About this job:

The Sales Manager for GfK will provide global leading information services and products to our clients, mostly in the technology & durable consumer goods industry. Our data offers comprehensive and timely information on market shares and category penetration, competitive sales volumes and insights into distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotion. By combining this detailed information with our professional consultative services, we offer valuable insights and expertise that help our clients improve their manufacturing, marketing and sales decisions.  The role will be working in the commercial team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management

• Own the client relationship and lead the client engagement for the assigned accounts by having a strong understanding their business priorities
• Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales
• Work with delivery team to ensure client service standards are delivered

Business Development

• Provide relevant product solutions that answers client business issues/opportunities
• Develop a winning sales framework for retaining current and approaching new clients
• Work on strategy and approach to win back lapsed clients
• Launch and introduce new services in the market to drive adoption among clients
• Build a strong pipeline through regular engagement with clients
• Build the company’s positive image through active participation in professional associations and industry conferences/seminars
• Contribute to the short-term strategies and business plans for the growth of the business unit based on global and regional direction

Financial Management

• Achieve key financial metrics: revenue and profitability, as well as other related business development objectives
• Ensure proper pricing and contracts are applied according to company's policies and guidelines
• Understand the companies financial guidelines such as forecast and pipeline management
• Use sales technology and digital tools to do work efficiently by recording prospects, forecast pipeline and convert sales
• Monitor the actual financial performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of actions that will lead to the achievement of the targets

Here is what we are looking for additionally:

• Bachelor's or above degree
• Strong business understanding in technology & durable consumer goods markets and related retail landscape
• Ideally at least 5+ years of experience in consulting, market research, or business development.
• Prior working experiences with IT, Telecom, and Home Appliances accounts, knowledge of research techniques, strong analytical skills and business commercial acumen would be an added advantage
• Good English language skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
• Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
• Passion, dedication, and commitment
• Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically
• Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
