Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase order, quotation and price comparison

Position Summary

Hex Trust is looking to add an Analyst in Procurement & Vendor Management to the Finance team. In this role, you will manage the procurement process, ensuring consistent and compliant purchasing operations while maintaining strong relationships with our vendors & suppliers. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure the best value for money and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor relationship management
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality of products or services
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve optimal pricing and service levels
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor contracts
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or disputes that may arise
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement and vendor management; experience from the financial services or technology industries would be a plus
• Good understanding of procurement best practices and relevant regulations
• Strong & confident negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience and proficiency with procurement software and tools in addition to the usual work-suite tools (Word Processing, Presentations & Spreadsheets)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• At least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in sourcing and procurement management. Knowledge of all sorts of packaging materials will be an advantage.
