We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of Product Design and Sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensure design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identify potential manufacturers in Europe and establish relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Manage the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensure the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Be in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with logistics clerical work, admin work, answer phone calls and emails
• Consolidate inbound and returns shipments from demand planners, and track the flow of orders to the warehouse
• Responsible for inbound and outbound shipment’s registration, and complete inventory records
• Process SAP WMS transactions related to inbound and return processes, and correct discrepancies in SAP system
• File all inbound and return documents, receipts, and signed DO
• Monitor and report discrepancies and data accuracy
• Maintain effective relationships and work closely with external and internal stakeholders (e.g., freight forwarders, warehouses, demand planners, customer service, sales, and marketing) on inbound and return purchase orders to achieve expected results and adhere to business practices
• Rotational training: outbound orders, local deliveries, cycle counting

• F5 / Diploma or above
• At least 1 year of supply chain, logistics or warehouse experience
• Familiar with logistics processes (e.g., warehouse operations, logistics management)
• Attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese and English
• Familiar with ERP system (such as SAP) is preferred
