Our client a multinational company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to drive revenue growth, establish strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. This role is critical to our success, as it involves promoting our premium stone products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction and design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on companies product range, understanding their unique features and advantages.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Travel: Occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites as required.
- Must have previous experience in Marble/Stones/Paint/Building material Industry
- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or design industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of natural stones, construction materials, or related industries is a plus.
