A DAY IN A LIFE OF
We are looking for a creative and dynamic candidate to join our high-performing marketing team! The candidate will be closely involved in the development of campaigns designed to promote The Flexi Group brand and services across all markets. This is an expansive and multifaceted role that will get you hands-on experience in content production, events, and project management, paid digital marketing campaigns & much much more.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, an idea-generator, and ready to tackle a multitude of exciting projects and enthusiastically overcome obstacles in creative ways.
If you’re looking for a fast-paced and challenging role that allows you to think outside the box, this would be a perfect one for you. This role is open to graduates with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Work with the digital team in managing SEM & SMM campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation
- Assist in the onboarding and management of 3rd party marketing platforms to expand The Flexi Group' online presence
- Bring fresh ideas to the table by proposing new campaigns and collaborations
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
- Update websites with monthly sales promotions designed to generate leads for specific memberships or services (WordPress)
- Perform website audits to identify SEO improvements
- Support with website health checks and maintenance
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONTENT PRODUCTION
- Propose new content/ campaign ideas, both contextual and new marketing mediums
- Take the lead in suggesting and communicating with KOL’s to drive engagement across Common Grounds social platforms
- Working in partnership with the Art team, support the creation of in-house visual content (Graphic & Video)
- Attend events to capture content for Common Grounds social media channels and to support event organisers
- University Degree holder in Marketing, communications, or any related discipline preferred
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience would be ideal, however, graduates with a portfolio are welcome to apply
- Creative, solution-oriented and fast learner
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills along with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
- Interest in video production and graphic design
- Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager preferred
