About the Role

Develop and implement the digital strategy and initiatives in strengthening the Health and Wellness (H&W) digital platform for best-in-class customer experience;

• Implement Health and Wellness digital initiatives and quick wins according to strategic roadmap
• Design and drive business solution for Vitality, wellness and VAS platforms
• Act as Digital Business Owners to collaborate with Digital Product Owners under IT to develop, run and implement best-in-class customer centric journey on H&W digital products
• Work with IT to generate innovative digital solutions for services, processes, customer experiences and support models for H&W digital platforms
• Identify digital trends and provide insights with data to drive new digital initiatives aligned with overall H&W business plan and to strengthen the performance of digital platform.
• Promote the use of digital platforms to channels and customers
• Manage relationship with digital vendors and various H&W partners
• Partner with Technology Risk Team to ensure all digital platforms under a secured environment and align with the risk governance framework
• the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements.

• University degree in Business, IT or equivalent, with over 5 years working experience in financial services. IT or healthcare industry.
• Validated experience in management of strategic and digital initiatives.
• Able to lead projects from launch to final implementation.
• Proven experience in running projects/digital product with Human-Centered design and agile approach.
• Creative and able to propose new insights in business and digital solution.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, planning and time management skills.
• Possesses innovative, strategic and analytical mentality, self-motivated and

result oriented.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline.
• God command of written & spoken Chinese and English.
• Acquire licence if job involves in regulated activities.

About the Role We are looking for a self-driven professional who is deeply passionate about new technology and strive for success. You need to support business opportunity qualification and related business development activities. In addition, you would be working with our Technology solution teams, and to organize presentation and discussion meetings with our clients to promote our solutions and services. Our target candidate should have strong interest in applying technology to help clients improve their business, and passionate about creating solutions that are relevant to large-scale enterprises (local or multinational) in Hong Kong. The candidate would gain exposure to the application of leading edge technology, and opportunities to work with major enterprises in Hong Kong to develop new generation of differentiating technology solutions. Responsibilities: Responsible for supervising the daily credit business, including reviewing the replenishment of positions, the approval of equity margin limits and special items approved; Draft operational risk initiatives, including risk and control assessment support business units (equity investment business); Review new products in the department and provide suggestions that affect the services of the business department to reduce operational risks; Guide the review of key operational risk indicators of the business department; Responsible for the administrative support of the department and other special tasks arranged. Requirements: Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors from top universities; 3 years or above experiences in investment banking, institutional sales, comprehensive management work or other relevant experience; CFA/CPA qualification preferable; Strong communication and interpersonal skills-ability to form effective working relationships; Excellent writing skills, good at writing official documents; Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task; Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field; Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills; Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
