About the Role

Develop and implement the digital strategy and initiatives in strengthening the Health and Wellness (H&W) digital platform for best-in-class customer experience;

• Implement Health and Wellness digital initiatives and quick wins according to strategic roadmap
• Design and drive business solution for Vitality, wellness and VAS platforms
• Act as Digital Business Owners to collaborate with Digital Product Owners under IT to develop, run and implement best-in-class customer centric journey on H&W digital products
• Work with IT to generate innovative digital solutions for services, processes, customer experiences and support models for H&W digital platforms
• Identify digital trends and provide insights with data to drive new digital initiatives aligned with overall H&W business plan and to strengthen the performance of digital platform.
• Promote the use of digital platforms to channels and customers
• Manage relationship with digital vendors and various H&W partners
• Partner with Technology Risk Team to ensure all digital platforms under a secured environment and align with the risk governance framework
• the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements.

• University degree in Business, IT or equivalent, with over 5 years working experience in financial services. IT or healthcare industry.
• Validated experience in management of strategic and digital initiatives.

• Drive and manage Business Line’s short and medium term priorities and be accountable for the business written in accordance to the company policy and standards
• Support Business Line Managers for the delivery of plan targets and contribute to Business Line strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform experience studies to gain insights from claims and lapse experience.
• Understand market, regulatory and competitive trends and their developments, produce insights to the business for the implications.
• Conduct technical research for product development initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities: Data Stewardship Act as SME of operations data and assist the development of centralized database. Identify Critical Data Elements (‘CDEs’) & monitors data quality. Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues. Data Governance and Control Assist data owner on access request, including but not limited to review/ assess request legitimacy, keep log and regular review on the request validity. Assist on data quality tracking across different business functions within Operations e.g. reviews platform alerts and audit logs. Report high risk issues to relevant committees. Execute data remediation plans to uplift data quality. On-gong maintenance of G&C platform to ensure the information is up-to-date and access right control is duly maintained. Data Framework Strategy Implement minimum data standards and/ or procedures in Operations. Centralize and align data user requirement on data structure, data fields, data mapping etc in relation to new requirements that are relevant to new data field collection and capturing across ALL applications / policy adm systems within AIA Operations. Ensure data consistency and data fields values alignment among ALL operations systems. Minimum Job Requirements: University graduate in any discipline with 7 years working experience, or HKALE holder or equivalent with 8 years working experience, or HKCEE / DSE holder or equivalent with at least 10 year’s working experience. Qualification with HK Insurance Intermediary Examination Paper 1,2, 3 4 and 5 or equivalent is an added advantage. Knowledge and experience in operation data management is an added advantage. Experience in insurance services and operations in underwriting/claims /policy owner service is preferable. Proficiency in MS Office. Attention to details, problem solving and negotiation skills. About the Role

Provide oversight of the operational risk profile of the organization and work with the business to identify material risks requiring management attention so as to support the business to make well informed decision by anticipating and mitigating risks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate the Operational Risk Committee and other relevant management committees
• Partner with risk owners to drive the identification and assessment, management and response, monitoring, and controls of operational risks on key initiatives and projects
• Coordinate with risk owners to conduct risk and control assessment, perform independent operational risk assessment and provide quality assurance on the effectiveness of key controls
• Assist in preparing regular risks reports to ensure key operational risks are appropriately addressed in Risk Committees
• Lead and manage the operational risk incident reporting.  Ensure operational risk incident is well managed and mitigation/preventive actions have been implemented.
• Promote a strong risk awareness and culture through regular communication to staff and distribution channels and delivery of training
• Be a key player of the Outsourcing Committee & Outsourcing  Workgroup to provide advice to local functions on key matters / assessments related to outsourcing arrangement from operational risk perspective and prepare meeting materials and minutes
• Ensure adherence to group and company policies and standards
• Support the implementation of Operational Risk Management Framework and Risk Taxonomy as directed by AIA Group from time to time.
• Support and coordinate the Risk Management & Compliance Certification, Control Environment Assessment, Operational Risk Charge Assessment
• Support relevant reporting in operational risk related systems (e.g. eGRC, TPMS, IRIS).  
• Support the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process related to Operational Risk and develop tools to quantify the top risks for prioritization
• Support the ESG-related matters from Operational Risk perspective
• Conduct timely and accurate communications to various stakeholders such as internal parties, Group Office, regulators, auditors, etc

Minimum Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in Business Management/ Economics/ Finance and Accounting.
• At least 8 years of Risk Management/ Internal Audit/ Compliance experiences in life insurance/ financial industries. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Principal (Senior Manager Level).
