We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team in Helsinki. As an E-commerce and Brand Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our high-end brands in the digital space. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance the online visibility of our brands.
• Oversee content creation and management, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as digital agencies and technology providers, to support e-commerce initiatives.
• Respond to and manage customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented individual to join our Hong Kong team as an Marketing Executive. In this position, you will play an essential part in growing and elevating the online presence of our luxury brands. You will work directly under the Managing Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and enhancing our e-commerce platforms.
• Crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans to boost our brands' online presence.
• Supervising the creation and management of content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Working closely with external partners, including digital agencies and tech providers, to advance e-commerce projects.
• Handling and addressing customer inquiries to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

 As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play an important part in leading our hero products to achieve better performance marketing results. You will be responsible for formulating and driving multi-channel digital ad strategies to acquire, influence, or drive customer actions across our digital landscape across different product profiles.

1. Develop tailored advertising placement strategies based on audience demographics, trends, and brand goals.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of a wide range of purchasing activities include sourcing, PO processing and follow up Ensure supply chain process as order fulfilment, purchasing, logistic arrangement, preparation invoice, delivery note and shipping documents Monitor the stock level with inventory planning and management Follow up with internal project team to review and prioritize the supply based on actual demand and shipment situation Prepare the purchasing and inventory report for management team Manage daily procurement and logistics activities as required Support and handle the delivery of equipment and materials to Customers, ensure equipment and materials are delivered according to the schedule Assist in monitoring and reviewing market conditions, price and delivery trends for project materials, equipment and works Assist in sourcing, evaluating and qualifying of new suppliers, maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and contractors Requirement: Very good at communicating and negotiating, good teamwork Familiar with the procurement process.
