Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and implement marketing plans for the group to support related promotional campaign and achieve business target.
• Develop and implement online and offline sales events and products promotions to drive traffic sales in both retail stores.
• Work closely with sales and retail operations teams to ensure effectiveness of optimize visual merchandising strategies including compelling in-store displays, signage and promotional materials.
• Plan and manage CRM campaigns to improve member acquisition, retention, and other business objectives.
• Implement and support O2O strategies to develop customer communications via omni-channels for CRM program, including shop level, website, eDM, SMS as well as internal and external platforms.
• Manage the content for both internal communications material and external social media platform.
• Manage and grow marketing partnerships with key contacts including media, shopping malls , banks and payment companies.
• Generate new ideas for marketing activities to optimize customer's awareness and engage with potential customers.

 

 

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline with at least 5 years of working experience in Retail Marketing, Advertising and Corporate Communications.
• With strong exposure in FMCG/retail industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with both dynamic online and offline marketing/advertising strategies.
• Possess working experience in managing CRM and loyalty program.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes.
• Resourceful, committed and with a lot of initiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in develop and execute brand plans & strategies to maximize brand awareness and achieve business goals
• Support on the planning and execution of new product launch plan
• Co-ordinate with retailers and third parties on promotions’ planning and execution
• Co-ordinate with press and agencies on PR and communications
• Work closely with  internal and external parties to ensure  counter activations and visual merchandising are properly executed
• Work closely with brand principal to ensure all marketing plans and materials will uphold brand image
• Consolidate and analyze sales data for reporting
• Be responsible for inventory and budget control
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience in the sales & marketing of beauty, FMCG, retail, or related industries
• Able to collaborate well with team members
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred

Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of a wide range of purchasing activities include sourcing, PO processing and follow up Ensure supply chain process as order fulfilment, purchasing, logistic arrangement, preparation invoice, delivery note and shipping documents Monitor the stock level with inventory planning and management Follow up with internal project team to review and prioritize the supply based on actual demand and shipment situation Prepare the purchasing and inventory report for management team Manage daily procurement and logistics activities as required Support and handle the delivery of equipment and materials to Customers, ensure equipment and materials are delivered according to the schedule Assist in monitoring and reviewing market conditions, price and delivery trends for project materials, equipment and works Assist in sourcing, evaluating and qualifying of new suppliers, maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and contractors Requirement: Very good at communicating and negotiating, good teamwork Familiar with the procurement process. More than three years of procurement experience is preferred. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Cheerful personality, Highly motivated, responsible, aggressive and sense of speed in operation. Diploma Graduates in Business Management or above Proficient in MS Excel & Word & PowerPoint; Immediate available is preferred.
