We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of Product Design and Sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensure design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identify potential manufacturers in Europe and establish relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Manage the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensure the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Be in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

About the Role

We're now looking for a proven and accomplished individual to join us as the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager (Non-Food & Service). In this role, you will be responsible for non-food & service procurement within the business.

As the Assistant Manager in Supply Chain & Procurement (Non-Food & Service), you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth supply of Non-food & Service across the group, delivering reduced costs whilst securing high-quality and responsibly sourced products for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth supply of Non-food & Service across the Group
• Responsible for the pre-qualification, on-boarding, engagement process and contractual arrangements in the supply of all goods, materials and services required to support production and operations within the Group
• Build and maintain the Group Catalog which consists of product specifications, service scope, pricing and rate card
• Prepare documentation of relevant supply chain & procurement activities including industry analysis and price benchmarking
• Plan and build Category Strategy
• Negotiate prices of non-food & service and delivery with suppliers
• Providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials
• Monitor the inventory movement, any slow-moving stock based on COGS/Inventory report
• Enter and maintain supply agreements with vendors/contractors
• Establish and maintain the yearly tender activities
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers through well-designed SRM programs
• Establish and maintain NPI/NPD program
• Close collaboration with Marketing team for ESG compliance project

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in F&B, HORECA or FMCG industry
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement / contract management / vendor management
• Strong project management, problem solving, communications and negotiation skills
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Aviation Marketing Manager- North Asia located in Hong Kong through 19 March 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• P&L responsibility for North Asia aviation portfolio, responsible for working with VCO (Value Chain Optimization) to maximize enterprise profitability by distributive area. 

• Build, develop and manage relationships with aviation industry customers domiciled in the assigned region for supply at Chevron airport locations globally.

• Act as global point of contact for assigned customers. 

• Provide a transparent, one-stop shop service for customer enquiry, dispute resolution and accounts receivables, by working with Aviation Marketing Support, Aviation Operations, Shared Services Centers, and Credit.

• Represent region in global aviation marketing meetings to discuss and resolve issues that require global connectivity.

• Manage Location Profitability supported by Aviation Operations Managers for locations.

• Responsible for all pricing decisions in tender submissions for assigned locations (from airlines within the region and also from other global airlines outside the region), based on fully loaded costs and market conditions.

Required Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field

• Proven track record of success in sales or a similar field

• With minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Relocation Options:
