About the Role
This role will support Group Agency Distribution (GPD) in implementing Group-wide initiatives in High Net Worth (HNW), Product Propositions and Training & Development by sharing expertise and best practices in relevant agency areas, working with Regional Chief Agency Officers (RCAOs) and Local Business Unit Chief Agency Officers (Local Business Unit CAOs) and local agency teams to support specific agency initiatives, as well as partner with RCAOs to provide customized support to LBUs with on-the-ground presence as appropriate.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- HNW: Work with LBUs to identify areas of improvement based on Group HNW advisor framework (e.g. capability building and propositions); advise LBUs to design and build HNW ecosystems, e.g. tax, legal, health and lifestyle.
- Product Propositions: Work with LBUs to study the product portfolio available in target markets; assist LBUs to design product propositions for new agents, existing agents or specific segments (e.g. HNW) to optimize sales; work with agency training teams to improve training as appropriate; collect insights from agency to feedback to Marketing.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with Group Distribution’s Learning & Development team; partner with Local Business Unit Heads of Training (HOTs) and their teams to ensure execution of Learning & Development roadmaps, support LBUs in driving training & development for Agency Executives (AEs), agency leaders and agents to support Premier Agency strategy.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years’ work experience, preferably with regional experience in Asian
- Prior insurance industry experience and Agency experience required, preferably with experience in High Net Worth, Product Propositions or Training & Development
- Ability to engage with C-level suite and agency management staff
- Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence, lead and transfer skills to Local Business Unit teams
