We are hiring a talented individual to join our team in Hong Kong to be in charge of product design and sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.
You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing market research to determine the products to be developed.
Ensuring design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
Identifying potential manufacturers in Europe and establishing relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
Managing the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
Ensuring the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
Working closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
Being in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.
We are looking for someone who:

Is incredibly smart and resourceful.

We're now looking for a proven and accomplished individual to join us as the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager (Non-Food & Service). In this role, you will be responsible for non-food & service procurement within the business.
As the Assistant Manager in Supply Chain & Procurement (Non-Food & Service), you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth supply of Non-food & Service across the group, delivering reduced costs whilst securing high-quality and responsibly sourced products for the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth supply of Non-food & Service across the Group
Responsible for the pre-qualification, on-boarding, engagement process and contractual arrangements in the supply of all goods, materials and services required to support production and operations within the Group
Build and maintain the Group Catalog which consists of product specifications, service scope, pricing and rate card
Prepare documentation of relevant supply chain & procurement activities including industry analysis and price benchmarking
Plan and build Category Strategy
Negotiate prices of non-food & service and delivery with suppliers
Providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials
Monitor the inventory movement, any slow-moving stock based on COGS/Inventory report
Enter and maintain supply agreements with vendors/contractors
Establish and maintain the yearly tender activities
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers through well-designed SRM programs
Establish and maintain NPI/NPD program
Close collaboration with Marketing team for ESG compliance project
Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in F&B, HORECA or FMCG industry
Demonstrate sound knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement / contract management / vendor management
Strong project management, problem solving, communications and negotiation skills
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer

Job Purpose:
The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creation and execution of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets, including business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.
Implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners and carry out marketing programs to support product group objectives.
Developing an understanding of markets, customers’ needs and competition.
Assist in designing effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfilment and inventory obsolescence minimization.
Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.
Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships, ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction
Support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Team.
In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
>3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Marketing/Business Studies/Engineering or other relevant course of study or Equivalent
