DescriptionHandles multiple complex billing and client analysis projectsPrepare monthly billing and collection forecasts and review WIP, bill preparation, bill processing and collectionReviews outstanding balance reports, be proactive about trouble spots and seeks partner's instructions for the next course of actionPrepares bills, reports and internal forms according to the Firm's policies and proceduresActively seeks to effect implementation of Client Accounting procedures, processes and goals by coordinating work effort including but not limited to timely preparation of client bills and follow-up on outstanding balances with partners, secretarial and other Firm staff.Monitor aging balances and support bad debt provision estimationManage end-to-end matter and client financial lifecycle, suggests improvement to enhance the quality of service and seek efficienciesOversee the E-Billing process, coordinate invoice submissions with e-billing team, ensuring all issues are being followed-up and resolved promptly ProfileBachelor's degree in a relevant disciplineStrong technical skills including work knowledge in Excel and WordExperience with Elite 3E is a distinct advantageExcellent written, oral and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and MandarinExperience working in a law firm is a must Job OfferGood brand reputationLong-term development and stable platformCompetitive pay and benefits
