Job Description The incumbent will assist the Sous Chef to ensure the high quality of food production in a specified kitchen section and to maintain the high standard of day-to-day operations. He/she will also monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and adhere to the portion controls and standards of the Company.
