KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct analysis on market trends and competitive dynamics to understand investor requirements and how they impact the Company’s product offering Provide subject-matter-expert inputs to define and maintain the framework and procedure for product due diligence, onboarding and dissemination of related information, and update the master product inventory book for product development and launch Participate in meetings with both external and internal stakeholders for sourcing products and develop key messages to differentiate the Company’s products Coordinate teams to establish agreement on marketing approach, sales strategy and investor requirements Identify potential new clients and develop existing clients to further increase targeted product penetration within AUM of both company and IFL Create and update marketing materials, portfolio performance updates and portfolio proposals in active marketing and product positioning activity for client meetings, conferences, etc. Conduct training for relationship managers and bankers for newly added products and/or re-visiting interesting product ideas within the master product inventory book Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and in the implementation of the Company’s policies and procedures for product risk assessment Monitor key product updates in relation to the internal product risk rating Study product related documents and work closely with Risk Team in performing product due diligence Keep abreast of product-related regulations as implemented/updated by the SFC and the HKMA Provide exceptional customer service with emphasis on trade order origination, investor suitability assessment, trade order processing and account maintenance Maintain the accuracy of customer database and trade order book Coordinate closely with Execution as well as Operations Teams to ensure smooth transaction flow Coordinate closely with Compliance Team to facilitate post-trade checking of all trade orders Conduct on-going monitoring of product status and coordinate with local and global Operations Teams for the creation and revision of product profiles including, but are not limited to, coupon re-pricings, noncall events, early redemption events, default events, etc. Support relationship managers and bankers as well as local and global Operations Teams to provide bestin-class client onboarding experience while adhering to all KYC related requirements Deliver regular/ad-hoc reports and analysis for management business planning Perform other tasks that may be required by the management REQUIRED QUALIFICATION A. EXPERIENCE Over 2 years of experience in investment product development and/or due diligence role (conventional/alternative fund and fixed income products in particular) Over 2 years of experience in investor suitability assessment, pre-trade client trade order processing and/or post-trade client servicing with the flexibility of handing large trade volume backed by minimal support in a time-sensitive environment Familiar with the latest regulatory requirements of Hong Kong College graduate preferably with a degree in business-related courses Duly licensed to carry on at least Type 1 and 4 regulated activities, being licensed to carry on Type 9 regulated activity is a plus Experience in handling high net-worth individuals is a plus  Experience in client investment advisory including alternative investment product advisory is a plus

Job Duties:   Analyse and evaluate potential investment opportunities through building complex financial models and thorough due diligence Lead the preparation of investment opportunities for the consideration of the investment committee Lead sector analysis and drive proactive deal sourcing Contribute to value adding to portfolio companies    Requirements: 3-5 year(s) of investing experience in technology companies Strong interest in understanding cutting edge complex technologies Strong financial modelling (high proficiency in MS Excel) skills Advanced engineering degree is preferred Prior experience in hydrogen and other decarbonization technologies is preferred Strong attention to detail Team player with good communication skills and leadership potential Analytical, innovative, motivated and adaptable Proficient in English, a good command of Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
