WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Support analysts on running PPC/Display accounts by creating keywords, writing compelling ad tests, and carrying out data and test analysis
• Perform keyword research to briefs and in-line with client’s business objectives
• Analysing and producing compelling text
• Developing client and product knowledge by proactively contributing to digital marketing strategies and delivering insights in terms of competitor and environment feedback
• Provide on page optimisation support, creating optimised page titles, meta descriptions and content

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• Relevant experience or education in Digital marketing

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Day to day management of cross channel digital campaigns across Search, Social and Display, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence
• Involvement in day-to-day client communications
• Work closely with 3rd party vendors and publishers to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Take ownership of campaign tracking, execution, campaign optimization and reporting with minimal supervision
• Involvement in cross channel budget planning and strategies for clients across different industries to deliver against client objectives and KPIs
• Propose and perform A/B testing with regular optimizations
• Work closely with cross market teams to ensure regional excellence
• Develop a strong knowledge of client, product, and channel knowledge
• Making sure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget as regular checks will be carried out for performance against client ROI targets
• Identifying openings in the marketplace in terms of business development
• Providing feedback and recommendations to clients
• Managing budgets and the onboarding of new clients

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent SEM, Display Ad and/or Paid Social campaign management
• Good knowledge and skills with online marketing (PPC, Blog, Social Media etc)
• Strong Microsoft Excel/word/power­point skills

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Supporting SEM/Social/Display campaign launches for client[s]
• Support of campaigns, including daily campaign pacing, optimisation, and campaign hygiene
• Ensuring platform accounts are compliant with our defined best practices
• Responsible for producing reports, including data inputting and suggesting insights
• Publishing requests for proposals (RFPs) for relevant channels. This may involve either sending them to clients, or potential clients getting in touch with proposals
• Responsible for sending publisher contracts [i.e. insertion orders (IOs)] for relevant channels
• Assist with internal data maintenance, issue identification and solution development

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in a Media/Advertising or a related field preferred
• Ideally 4 years + experience in performance marketing in agency
• Experience in media buying, i.e. hands on platform experience across Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360, CM360, etc.
• Solid knowledge on cross channel media activation (SEM/Social/Display etc)
• A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Great analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and proven critical thinking capability
• Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritisation to meet new or changed goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Developing strategies and executing digital marketing campaigns to meet our clients' business goals
• Analysing account performance and providing the proactive improvement strategy
• Developing client and product knowledge by proactively contributing to digital marketing strategies and delivering insights in terms of competitor and environment feedback
• Work closely with our extensive teams in APAC/EU as well as the account team at the HK office to ensure the quality of service across clients
• Lead multichannel strategy, planning, and implementation
• Managing client budgets
• Getting involved in business development, including attending prospective pitches
• Delegating and organising priorities as a Team Lead
• Helping the team retain great relationships with our clients by taking calls, responding to emails, taking part in presentations, and attending face to face meetings

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing activation experience, preferably in a digital agency, with at least 4 years in people-management role
• Understand all digital channels dynamics with brand / performance marketing experience
• Digital media planning / strategy experience (including PPC, Display and Social) in particular e-Commerce business
• Knowledge in consumer behavior and ability to connect insights with media activation
• Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Hands on knowledge in Google's Product Suite (Google Ads - Search, Display & Video, CM360, SA360, etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to perform and work in a highly dynamic and rapid changing environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with internal team and external client
• Ability to articulate yourself concisely, both verbally and with the written work
• Highly developed analytical / numeracy skills to develop solutions on meaningful data
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of SQL & offline media planning/ buying is a plus
