About the Role
Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes
Duties / Accountabilities:
- Handle new and renewal policy administration, policy alteration within Company’s service standard;
- Act in accordance with the operation manual or guideline and conform to regulatory compliance;
- Co-ordinate and work with other departments to perform daily policy administrative work;
- Support supervisors to cater for daily operational needs and business requirements as deemed required and necessary;
- Support ad-hoc projects assigned, including system enhancement programs, policy structure setup and policy document revamp; and
- Handle inquiries from internal staff, customer service and business partners.
Requirement
- Diploma graduate or above;
- Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in policy administration will be preferably;
- Basic insurance product and policy administration knowledge
- Able to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC skills, Word and Excel a must
- Data entry skills including Chinese typing
- Good customer servicing skills
