Conduct risk assessments and underwrite cases within your authority. Provide coaching and guidance to junior underwriters for their development. Participate in projects, implement underwriting initiatives, and analyze performance data. Requirements: University degree in any discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in life insurance underwriting, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. Professional qualification in Life Insurance, such as FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute). Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Putonghua being advantageous. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
