About the role

We are looking for a candidate who is responsible and detailed minded with preferably 1-2 years’ experience in SME / commercial banking. In this role, you would work closely with Manager, Client Coverage / Vice President, Business Development to promote the trade finance solutions, assist in client onboarding with performing KYC/ AML due diligence as well as having close collaboration with different departments for customer onboarding. Aside from that, providing support to senior management as in reporting and managing the customer portfolio is expected.

What you need to do

• Assisting Manager, Client Coverage / Vice President, Business Development in customer onboarding from product introduction, credit approval and compliance due diligence, to loan agreement execution and credit limit activation
• Continuous support of customer enquiries
• On-going monitoring of customers’ credit position
• Support senior management for reporting, pipeline management as well as ad-doc tasks assigned
• Assisting in building pipeline and driving loan book growth

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or related field is preferred
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in SME / Commercial Banking for customer onboarding
• Responsible and detail-minded in handling customers’ enquiries and internal documentation
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

About the role

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Officer - Credit Administration. This role reports to the Associate Director of Credit Administration to ensure the necessary documentation is properly executed to protect the platform and relevant stakeholders’ interest and that all condition precedents comply with the approved terms & conditions.

What you need to have

• Ensure availability of credit facilities strictly comply with established credit policies, guidelines and approved terms and conditions, as well as regulatory requirements;
• Perform credit administration functions including preparing and reviewing standard credit facility letters and loan documentation;
• Follow up and ensure proper execution of facilities letters and loan documents to protect the interest of the platform and relevant stakeholders;
• Perform day-to-day and ad hoc tasks of risk-related function and work pro-actively with internal and external business partners to ensure efficient delivery of services;
• Work with internal and/or external legal & compliance personnel to ensure a standard of documentation is compliant with the latest legal and regulatory framework.

• Higher diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Knowledge and experience in handling loan documents and collaterals, as well as acquainted with the workflow of credit facilities drawdown/operation;
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented;
• Detailed-mind, able to work at a fast pace and multi-tasking for efficient results;
• Strong analytical mind and able to provide effective solutions to support internal and external business partners in achieving business targets while maintaining good credit quality in terms of legal documentation execution.

What you need to do

• Carry out professional coding on business logic, data modelling and API development
• Actively support a quality automatic testing solution for various environments
• Assure product quality in terms of functionality, performance, and usability
• Follow best practices, maintain and support the application services with high stability to sustain business operations

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Ideally 1-3 years of experience in commercial software development. Fresh graduates will be considered as Junior Software Engineer.
• Strong command of python with Django frameworks

About the Role

The Fund Operations Team is looking for a passionate, detailed-oriented associate to help to scale our business and support our exponential growth. You will be part of the team working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient and smooth operational flow of our various transactions.

What you need to have

• Process trades and settlements with a high level of accuracy, monitor corporate actions, liaise with banks/service providers
• Maintain a full set of financial and statutory accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Resolve discrepancies and reconciliation accounts
• Responsible for compliance and regulatory matters, including customer due diligence (CDD), calculation of Net Asset Value of different sub-accounts
• Apply collateral & transaction risk management policies and guidelines to screen and vet transactions to ensure all assets on-boarding comply with internal policies and product parameters, as well as the regulatory requirements (e.g. sanction or AML).
• Apply collateral & transaction risk management concepts and knowledge to check against data and documents obtained from 3rd parties or submitted by clients to screen out potential risks, particularly fraudulent transactions and disputes.
• Support senior management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline or equivalent professional certification is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
