Purpose
As a member of GAM HK Finance Team, to be responsible to keep the books and records of Asia Group companies
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare accounting vouchers and journals, in particular to process AP invoices, follow up invoices authorisation and handle vendors' queries in APAC;
Prepare & issue expenses recharges;
To help prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and corporate treasury functions;
Handle full set of books of Japan & Singapore, including preparation of monthly accrual schedules, reconciliation of various accounts, intercompany balances clearing, variance analysis, and maintenance of fixed assets register;
Handle year-end closing;
Prepare year-end audit schedules;
Assist in UAT for systems;
Assist with the planning and coordination of ad-hoc projects.
