Join Our Team as a Junior Accountant

We're looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Hong Kong. In our small team, you'll handle various financial tasks, providing great learning opportunities.

Your day at this role:

·      Process supplier invoices and prepare payments for the Group.

·      Manage month-end tasks, such as AP closing, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet breakdowns.

·      Improve processes to make them more efficient and error-proof, including project-based work on automation.

Additional responsibilities after trainings:

·      Prepare financial statements for a small portfolio of international companies

·      Analyse and report on the performance of a portfolio of brands

Join Our Team as an Accountant:

We're hiring an Accountant for our team in Hong Kong. In our small team, you'll manage various financial tasks, providing valuable learning opportunities, have a high degree of autonomy, and report directly to our CFO.

Your responsibilities include:

·      Prepare monthly accounts (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow) and various reports

·      Manage accounting operations while ensuring financial compliance

·      Cash flow forecasting

·      Project-based work and specialization in areas such as taxation

·      Improve our processes and make them error-proof

·      Analyse our performance and take initiative to improve our business

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for producing compelling and engaging digital content for brands. You will play a vital role in the overall creative strategy to enhance the brands’ online presence and customer experience.

This role would require you to work from our office in Hong Kong. Your application will be considered if you are already based in Hong Kong or interested in relocation.

As a Creative Producer at GV, you will:

• Find and manage external copywriters, videographers and photographers
• Be responsible for producing marketing content for our brands (product pictures, stage pictures, videos, brochures, product description etc.)
• Be involved in the branding of e-commerce brands (from mood-boards to websites)
• Make sure all the creative assets are completed before deadlines
• Participate in the design decision of the physical products
