In-depth product knowledge in general insurance, including non-auto underwriting experience, and a proven ability to drive business results. About our client: Our client is an international law firm. They are looking for an Learning & Development professional to join their HK team as well as acting as the primary liaison point with The Law Society of Hong Kong. The position also plays an integral and collaborative part within the broader Hong Kong HR team, contributing to projects relating to performance management, remuneration reviews as well as involvement in other generalist related day-to-day activities. Job Responsibility: Act as primary contact for the Hong Kong office regarding all local and global training programmes and activities across legal departments and support teams. Manage the end-to-end process with The Hong Kong Law Society for CPD and RME accreditation for all training programmes, off-sites and any other CPD related events relating to the Hong Kong office. Work alongside APAC training manager to identify opportunities and solutions for the effective delivery of training programs across the region. Update and distribute monthly training calendar to Hong Kong office; Maintain complete and accurate records for legal and skills training on Training Management System (TMS) and providing reports when required; Support in the planning and organisation of any and all regional initiatives relating to legal and support staff training.
