The right candidate will handle Account Payable and Account Receivable duties.  Job Description: Assist in all aspects of finance and accounting operations including daily operations of bank mapping, monthly invoice issuing Responsible for daily payment processing Participate in month-end closing procedure Assist in preparation of audit documents to external auditors for year-end audit and other financial reporting compliance Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Finance or Accounting or similar business studies Well-organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven Ability to adapt quickly, able to work independently Hybrid Work Arrangement: this role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and in our office according to company policy. Job Description: Coordinate logistics for our HR Wellness event, including scheduling appointments, managing equipment, and communicating with client and attendees. Work with the client to develop and implement innovative wellness programs that help our client's employees feel great and perform at their best. Use your creativity and marketing savvy to promote the event and make it an unforgettable experience for all participants. Update our marketing CRM system with client's information and follow-up communications. Assist with event planning, marketing, and promotion. Provide administrative support to the client, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records. Requirements: Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese required Good communication, presentation skill and team work player Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for logistics.
