About the job

We are seeking an ambitious self starter to lead Internal Audit (“IA”) for the Hex Trust Group. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be working closely with senior leadership across the organization to help ensure proper governance and controls are followed and provide independent assessment on and compliance with corporate governance standards to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

Lead Internal Audit to ensure proper governance is maintained across the organisation;
Develop the internal audit plan and undertake internal audits as required to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives;
Report on control deficiencies to management and the Audit and Compliance Committee and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value;
Challenge current processes across the company and identify opportunities for refinement;
Engage remediation of identified issues through follow-up
Play an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices
Support selection and management of external vendors
Play an active role in advising the organisation on governance and internal audit matters

3-5 years’ practical experience in internal audit and / or external audit on companies / financial institutions, with experience in international accounting firms a plus;
Undergraduate degree in a business-related field and relevant qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.)
Self-starter with ability to independently run assignments involving stakeholders at various levels across the business
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Strong ethical standards and high levels of personal integrity;
Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal;
Experience in or passion for Crypto industry or Digital Asset is desirable

Position Summary

Deliver feature-rich, technology-driven, robust and quality software applications and systems. Work closely with the business and tech teams to drive communication, understanding and consent of requirements and acceptance criteria in all aspects of the digital platform and software systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform market research and analysis on competitor/comparable products.
Identifying and designing new products, focusing on the business value provided to clients
Deeply understand client needs via close interactions, whenever possible and with business and client facing teams in HexTrust. Ask probing questions to clients to understand the problem they are trying to solve and their need, even if not explicitly and clearly expressed
Bring new ideas and solutions to the table, become a thought partner to the business teams
Calibrate the trade-off between fulfilling a specific client need vs. making a product that can properly address similar needs of multiple clients. Product vs. tailor made trade-off
Continuously assess current product portfolio on its value proposition to clients and identify areas of improvement early
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner.
Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
Perform the product owner role in agile teams
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner.
Manage specific features within a product line; nurture and lead Junior team members.

Ideally candidates should have relevant Product manager experience in range from 3-5 years of experience.
Some experience in trading products is strongly preferred
Some experience with blockchain is strongly preferred
Experience in interacting with B2B clients to understand their needs
Experience in techniques such as focus groups, conjoint analysis would be beneficial. May not necessarily be used in Hex Trust, but will be a valuable background while interacting with clients and business teams, to drive productive conversations
Experience as product owner in agile teams is a valuable plus
A data informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
A passion for building delightful customer facing products and experiences
Experience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale
Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results
The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growth
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Position Summary

Hex Trust is seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of institutional clients. Your primary focus will be driving growth and enhancing client experiences. Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal product teams (custody, trading, staking, and financing), you will coordinate with these teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and deepen engagement with Hex Trust.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic plans to cultivate strong, profitable relationships with assigned clients. Identify key players and their objectives to facilitate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Build enduring relationships with clients, becoming their primary point of contact and ensuring their experience with Hex Trust is consistently exceptional.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance, etc.) to ensure timely and seamless client onboarding.
Respond to inbound client requests and issues via email, chat, and phone, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Provide on-call support for customer issues outside of business hours, demonstrating commitment to client satisfaction.
Advocate for clients internally, using your credibility to promote client feedback and product initiatives.
Enhance processes and increase team efficiency and scalability through proactive improvement projects, including automating, simplifying, and improving daily workflows.

Business Administration, Finance, or a related field degree is preferred
Relevant client-facing internship/work experience, ideally within the crypto or financial services industries.
Confident verbal communication and polished written communication.
Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving, ambiguous environment with changing business strategies and new products.
Comfort with flexible hours, including weekends, for comprehensive support coverage.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to understand not only what the client is saying, but also their underlying needs.
Additional languages a plus, particularly Mandarin.
Proficiency in Google Suite, and CRM software (such as HubSpot).
