Position Summary

As the Product Manager - Markets, your primary responsibility is to deliver robust, technology-driven, and feature-rich software applications for Hex Trust's Markets business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement solutions in areas such as eTrading, OTC trading, Risk Management, and Trade Settlement Optimization. This role is critical in driving the success of our Markets products and ensuring alignment with business and client needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Product Development & Documentation:

Perform ongoing reviews of business requirements and processes for Hex Trust's Markets products.
Coordinate with Product, Technology, and UX teams to create and maintain documentation, including Product Requirements Documents, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Test Cases.
Support UAT, implementation, and user training as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature implementation based on effort estimations and expected value.
Gather, validate, and document requirements from investors and stakeholders.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research on competitor features and industry trends.
Perform data analyses to support business decisions and product strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in financial services, particularly digital assets.
Proven expertise in cryptocurrency trading, DeFi, and mainstream digital assets.
Strong focus on delivering exceptional User Experience for institutional clients.
Solid understanding of trade lifecycles, challenges, and trade-offs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial products like derivatives (perpetual swaps, dated futures, options).
Experience working in start-up environments with an Agile mentality.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client acquisitions and revenue generation across our custody and global markets products, such as full custody, staking, trading, and financing solutions
Lead and own all elements of the sales life cycles: initial scoping, pipeline management, pitching, contract negotiations, and close sales successfully
Become a subject matter expert in the digital asset ecosystem and assigned products
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business Development, Client Management, Onboarding, Compliance and Product to continuously improve and exceed revenue targets
Keep track of key developments in the digital asset ecosystem and proactively identify new revenue opportunities

5-10 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience working with institutional clients from both traditional financial services and digital assets startups
Experience with prime brokerage products, such as custody and trading
Understand the requirements to successfully operate within a regulated financial institution
Ability to negotiate and create strong relationships with both Web 2 and Web 3 institutions
Ability to operate and excel in a fast-paced and often ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in written and verbal English language required, with additional local language skill an advantage (Mandarin preferred)
Cultural alignment with the team, e.g. no prima donnas

Position Summary

Deliver feature-rich, technology-driven, robust and quality software applications and systems. Work closely with the business and tech teams to drive communication, understanding and consent of requirements and acceptance criteria in all aspects of the digital platform and software systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform market research and analysis on competitor/comparable products.
Identifying and designing new products, focusing on the business value provided to clients
Deeply understand client needs via close interactions, whenever possible and with business and client facing teams in HexTrust. Ask probing questions to clients to understand the problem they are trying to solve and their need, even if not explicitly and clearly expressed
Bring new ideas and solutions to the table, become a thought partner to the business teams
Calibrate the trade-off between fulfilling a specific client need vs. making a product that can properly address similar needs of multiple clients. Product vs. tailor made trade-off
Continuously assess current product portfolio on its value proposition to clients and identify areas of improvement early
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner.
Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
Perform the product owner role in agile teams
Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner.
Manage specific features within a product line; nurture and lead Junior team members.

Ideally candidates should have relevant Product manager experience in range from 3-5 years of experience.
Some experience in trading products is strongly preferred
Some experience with blockchain is strongly preferred
Experience in interacting with B2B clients to understand their needs
Experience in techniques such as focus groups, conjoint analysis would be beneficial. May not necessarily be used in Hex Trust, but will be a valuable background while interacting with clients and business teams, to drive productive conversations
Experience as product owner in agile teams is a valuable plus
A data informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
A passion for building delightful customer facing products and experiences
Experience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale
Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Crypto Sales Trader to join our dynamic Markets team. You will be responsible for generating revenue by actively trading cryptocurrencies with institutional clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency markets, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your role will be to focus on client engagement and coverage of our diverse trading products. We’re on the lookout for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive for the results, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage in the trading of cryptocurrencies with institutional clients, such as investment firms, hedge funds, and foundations.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships, seeking out new business opportunities
Stay on top of market trends, news, and developments in the cryptocurrency industry.
Offer insights to clients regarding market conditions, investment strategies, and risk management.
Ensure best execution of client trades, and maintain a high level of client service
Work alongside sales, custody, and operations, to offer comprehensive solutions and address client needs.
Contribute to meeting revenue goals, and performance metrics
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, trades, and transactions.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and collaboration

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Some experience or a strong interest crypto trading, or experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
Experience trading on Centralized Exchanges (CEX) and Decentralized Exchanges (DEX)
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the wider financial markets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market data and understand trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for creating strong client connections
Familiarity with using trading platforms, order management systems, and other relevant trading software tools is beneficial
The capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
