Position Summary
Hex Trust is seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate or early-career professional to join our team as a Strategy & Transformation Analyst. In this role, you will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), contributing to high-impact projects that drive Hex Trust’s strategic objectives and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the business while developing a versatile skill set comparable to a top-tier consultancy or MBA program.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Operating Officer to design, execute, and manage end-to-end strategy and transformation projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Translate complex internal and external data into clear, impactful insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed implementation plans and support the successful execution of initiatives.
- Monitor business outcomes, track key performance metrics, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Relevant internships or work experience at leading consulting firms, financial institutions, or high-growth technology companies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- A logical and structured thought process to break down problems and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high attention to detail and the ability to create compelling presentations tailored to senior stakeholders.
- Deadline-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Knowledge of Financial Services and Cryptocurrencies is considered a plus.
