Our client is an Alternative Asset Manager specializing in Credit and Private Equity markets for institutions and HNW globally. Description Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to join our team. This core role will primarily focus on the day-to-day investment operations responsibilities for Hong Kong Fund Platform (Open-Ended Fund Company), with additional operational requirements for the organization as a whole. Reporting to the Head of Investment Operations, the successful candidate will demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and be responsible for daily processes related to investment and regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities: Perform trade matching and trade settlement activities. Conduct post-trade compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Manage cash management and forecasting processes. Conduct unit and position reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date investment records. Calculate investment fees accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare investment and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Manage invoice processing and ensure timely payments. Coordinate and execute corporate actions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and dividends. Collaborate with fund administrators on fund valuation and NAV reports. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and document internal controls, policies, and procedures. Profile Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fund management industry. University degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages. In-depth knowledge of fund management industry products and operations, particularly from the distribution side of the business. Experience in supervising operational processes is preferred. Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Open-minded, energetic, proactive, and willing to learn. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
