Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee our supplier relationships and ensure compliance with international regulations. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in global operations and a deep understanding of audit practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews of suppliers.

Systems and Tools Management:

• Utilize and manage systems and tool platforms that support global operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in supplier management processes.

Audit and Compliance:

• Apply professional audit knowledge to assess supplier operations and compliance with internal policies and international regulations.
• Facilitate audits and support compliance initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to enhance supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to align supplier strategies with organizational goals.

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Stay updated on international regulations and compliance frameworks relevant to supplier management.
• Ensure all supplier activities meet regulatory requirements.

• Procurement experience in an international financial company
• Familiar with procurement processes, vendor selection, vendor management and outsourcing
• Experience working with regulations in different jurisdictions
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Experience managing subsidiaries
• Experience managing internal projects, driving efficiencies
• Familiar with systems and tools that support global operations, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, cloud platforms with global reach, and project management tools that handle multi-region workflows
• 7+ years of experience
