Manage day to day Virtual Asset and Fiat Settlements. Support optimisation and execution of reconciliation process and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

• Assist in daily reconciliation process of bank, settlement system and blockchain
• Perform investigation in trade details/confirmation/settlement discrepancies and related outstanding issues
• Identify open risks, escalation and resolution
• Work closely with technology and traders on identifying optimisation of the reconciliation process
• Support trade booking, matching and reconciliation
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risk
• Contribute to system development and ad-hoc projects

Compliance

• Support various company products’ fund transfer by ensuring the guidelines of Anti-Money Laundering/ Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) measures are followed thoroughly
• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with regulatory requirements in a timely manner and effectively implemented, mitigate the adverse effects of criminal economic activity and promote integrity and stability in financial markets.
• Assist in ways to reduce manual workload of all activities

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Passionate in driving and delivering changes
• High level of attention to detail and ability to identify errors and proactively seek ways to improve
• A good team player with excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer and numeric skills
• Good command of both verbal and written in English is required, Cantonese and Putonghua preferrable

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Institutional Sales Executive, based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and developing relationships with institutional investors and intermediaries with focus on the OTC digital asset space.

Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition and Revenue Generation:

• Identify and cultivate prospects, leading to customer acquisition, retention, and revenues aligned with OSL’s Business Plan, with a specific focus on OTC trading.
• Manage all aspects of customer acquisition, including pipeline management, scoping, pitching, and onboarding.
• Lead business meetings and successfully close sales to institutional investors, consistently meeting customer acquisition and desk revenue targets.

Relationship Management:

• Ongoing management of key customer relationships, including account management, key account planning, and seeking opportunities for mutually beneficial interactions.
• Leverage the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.

Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:

• Work seamlessly with other OSL functions, including Onboarding, Compliance, and Marketing, to continually improve acquisition and successful onboarding of new institutional customers.
• Implement strategies to encourage appropriate revenue generation from OSL institutional clients, including mechanisms for cross-selling and up-selling

• Bachelor's degree or above with a background in front office sales/relationship management.
• At least 2 years of financial sales experience, exposure inCryptocurrency or Paymentindustry is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated history of successfully growing and managing a customer franchise.
• Strong existing relationships with institutional investors and intermediaries, preferably with allocations into digital assets.
• SFC Type 1 license holder is required (Can take exam after joining)
• Understanding of requirements to successfully operate within a regulated institution.
• Experience in, or understanding of, digital asset markets.
• Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, result-oriented, with a strong initiative and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Ability to align with the values of teamwork, integrity, strive for profitability, and innovation.
