Job Description The position directly under the Security Head, initially as a contract, role focusing on maintaining/enhancing security standards across systems, teams, and with regulatory bodies.  This is an opportunity to build upon your existing IT Security 2nd and 3rd line of defense  knowledge. While, gaining further In-house FS exposure in security standards, regulatory bodies, third party projects, and Internal Security assessments for the highly regulated Financial Services industry. Responsibilities: Conduct cybersecurity risk assessment to ensure IT operation and projects compliance with regulatory requirements and cybersecurity standards Provide guidance and recommendations to address control deficiencies identified through investigations Work with internal and external auditors, regulatory bodies, and third parties Continuously monitor the effectiveness of controls for identified risks and ensure completion of action plans to address control weaknesses. Prepare management reports, providing personal expertise & independent perspectives on strategic risk and significant risks and losses Maintain and update relevant IT governance policies and procedures Thake charge of the security training awareness program within the organization Requirements: Degree holder in Information Technology, IT Security, OR certified ISO27001, CISA, CISSP, CISM etc. 2+ years of relevant experience in 2nd and/or 3rd line of defense for information security, technology risk, or IT audit  Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese Great to have: Strong knowledge of IT/security risk management, controls, and processes Sound knowledge of Information Security, System Resiliency & Availability & Software development practices, Application Security and frameworks Preferrably familiar with SFC, MPFA regulatory compliance Preferrably familiar with ISO27001, C-RAF, NIST, PDPO, GDPR etc.

Job duties: Develop a comprehensive understanding, for all the Asian BUs, of their IT landscapes, modernization ambitions, existing plans, budgets, and key-projects, to identify inconsistencies and possible convergent opportunities. Develop a comprehensive understanding, for all IT disciplines, of the Group and International IT strategies. Support the definition, and operationalization, of the Asian International IT strategy and architecture guidelines, in alignment with the Group IT Strategy, the Asian and the BUs Markets, their trends, regulatory, legal and compliance restrictions, and best practices. Assist the creation of the landscape for the convergent IT architecture, and the respective initiatives and programs, assessing in detail the adequability of some Group initiatives (like cloud adoption, mobile web hub, one finance etc.), to propose their implementation, or an aligned alternative. Contribute by supporting and monitoring the local BUs IT roadmaps, and the execution of the Asian IT International strategy. Support the BUs in preparing the IT topics to be discussed on a quarterly basis in the BSRs, and on other International and Group forums. Requirements: 7+ years’ work experience in Regional PM Operations/IT roles preferably in Insurance, Banking, or consulting. Proven experience in defining APAC IT strategy, in all its disciplines (mainly, architecture, application, infrastructure, budget, controlling, portfolio, DR and business continuity). Previous experience in large scale PMO roles. Good understanding of the Asian IT Market, main vendors and partners. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Good negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Ability to work independently on complex tasks, with focus on essentials. Ability to manage and leverage diversity and cultural differences across Asia.

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive reviews of insurance products, including policy wordings, endorsements, and riders, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with product development teams to provide compliance guidance and support during the design and development of new insurance products. Analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements and industry standards to identify potential compliance issues and recommend appropriate actions. Review marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and advertisements, to ensure compliance with disclosure requirements and prevent misleading or deceptive practices. Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry guidelines related to insurance products and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees involved in insurance product development, marketing, and distribution. Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and make recommendations for corrective actions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, risk management, and product teams, to address compliance issues and implement effective compliance controls.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance product compliance, regulatory compliance, or a related role within the insurance industry. Candidates with little product compliance experience but possess insurance regulatory compliance experience are also welcome. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to insurance product compliance. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex compliance concepts to non-compliance professionals. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
