Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain brand image
Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
Control stocks for daily use in restaurant to ensure service requirements are met

Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
Provide support to the Restaurant Manager in coordinating a variety of activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements
Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Gather guests’ feedback, respond accordingly, and resolve guest complaints
3+ years experience in hospitality industry
Strong management skill with a positive mindset and friendly image
Understanding in MS Office

In this role, you will be part of a small team responsible for preparing the payroll for our venues and our support office and overseeing MPF payments, work injury claims and Medical Insurance.
We are about to begin implementing cutting-edge workforce management (rostering and time and attendance) technology, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in system implementation or wants to gain exposure to this. You will also be responsible for other human resource tasks, including HR business support, employee relations, and engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages the preparation and distribution of salaries payrolls and completes on a timely basis for approximately 500 employees
Directs the preparation and filing of required reports to statutory requirements, e.g., MPF, annual tax return, annual audit on HR-related requirements, etc.
Prepare and create standard or ad hoc reports and payroll-related analysis
Manages the organisation’s compensation and benefits structure, including but not limited to salary & incentive programs, leave entitlement, group medical insurance, and other C&B-related initiatives
HRIS review and maintenance; ensure all the requirements are updated and fulfilled
Manages the Employee Database, ensuring that details and information are entered accurately
Prepares the bi-annual salary reviews
Experience processing payroll for approximately 500 staff from beginning to end
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR-related field
Minimum of 2 years Payroll Experience
Good Command of Chinese and English
Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
Strong database knowledge, including excellent Excel skills
