About the Role
We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook to join our Calle Ocho, our innovative new Spanish tapas restaurant which will be opening in Hong Kong's commercial and retail epicentre, Causeway Bay, later this year.
You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and tapas production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Preparing hot and cold dishes

We’re now looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join Pane e Latte, our Positano-inspired Italian bakery on the stunning Stanley coast.
You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. You will ensure that your section is ready for service, and that you prepare the dishes promptly to the expected standards.

About the Role
We’re now looking for a cheerful Receptionist to join The Sixteenth, home to a whole new dining experience and the single address to our collection of four restaurants in Taikoo Place.
You will work alongside a Reception Supervisor and be responsible for welcoming guests, handling bookings, complaints, and guest enquiries in a prompt, efficient, and polite manner.
As a Receptionist, you should also be able to deal with emergencies quickly and gracefully, with full consideration of the floor operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
