We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join TokyoLima, Hong Kong’s first and original Nikkei izakaya on Lyndhurst Terrace.

As a Supervisor, you will supervise employees during your shift and make sure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. You will act as a reference point for employees and customers, and be ready to fix problems that occasionally arise. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure all company standards are met during service
• Lead a team to ensure smooth set up of the restaurant before and after shifts
• Leading fellow floor staff under the direction of management

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role

About the Role

We’re now looking for a cheerful Receptionist to join Chaiwala, our colourful and vibrant Indian enclave on Wyndham Street.

You will work alongside a Reception Supervisor and be responsible for welcoming guests, handling bookings, complaints, and guest enquiries in an efficient, and polite manner.

As a Receptionist, you should also be able to deal with emergencies quickly and gracefully, with full consideration of the floor operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

We’re now looking for a passionate Tandoor Chef Chaiwala, our colourful and vibrant Indian enclave on Wyndham Street.

You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. You will ensure that your section is ready for service, and that you prepare the dishes promptly to the expected standards.

• Prepare your section for service
• Cook dishes in a timely manner up to restaurant standards

• Knowledge of Indian cuisine, ideally Tandoor experience
