Responsibilities:
- Perform C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF administration, leave and attendance records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR system
- Ensure the local HR processes and policies in compliance to local law requirement
- Assist in Company insurance schemes renewal
- Maintain documentation for all-kinds of staff movement and salary increment
- Prepare statistical reports for management review
- Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance
- Responsible, detail minded and a good team player
- Able to work independently and multi-tasking
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
