Key Responsibilities: Development of the bank's HNW segment strategy and execution action plans to achieve business objectives. Plan and execute program launches aligned with business priorities, target segments, and market demand. Design end-to-end customer journeys that enhance customer experience and loyalty. Collaborate with various stakeholders to effectively execute segment management initiatives, drive customer growth, and increase market penetration. Initiate customer events and loyalty programs to deepen customer relationships and minimize attrition. Monitor service quality for the HNW segment and maintain open communication with internal partners to ensure high service standards. Manage the advertising and promotion budget in coordination with the Marketing team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 4 - 6 years of experience in product and customer management within the retail banking or private banking sector. Strong knowledge of the HNW market, retail banking products, or banking operations. Proficient in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data in a logical manner. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
