Global asset manager is looking to hire a paralegal to be part of the legal team. As part of a small collegiate team you will be responsible for a broad range of legal support including assisting with reviewing and commenting on a broad range of fund documents, legal documents and general agreements. You will also assist with some company secretarial matters and assist with other ad hoc legal matters. The successful candidate will possess approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience. Prior experience within asset management or funds experience gained with a law firm is preferred. Smart candidates wanting to reskill with other experience (such as general corporate) will be considered as long as they are willing to learn - training will be provided. Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
