Responsibilities: Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the management’s office Prepare agendas, presentations materials, meeting minutes, proofreading and all key paperwork for meetings Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements: Higher Diploma or above holder in Business related disciplines Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Good interpersonal, communication skills and initiative Proficient in Computer Operations including MS Word, Excel, Chinese input & PowerPoint
