About the Role
The Junior Business Analyst is mainly responsible for supporting the F&B team to provide accurate reporting to support decision-making within the business. Monitoring financial performance and identifying trends. Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for management. Providing ad-hoc analysis for senior management decisions, as well as assisting with financial planning and forecasting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis on financial statements, budgets, and KPIs
- Variance Analysis: Analyse variances between actual and planned figures
- Month end and weekly reporting packs
- Consolidation of monthly sales forecasts
- Working closely with executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Well-organised with attention to detail
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and proficient in MS Excel
- Immediately available is highly preferred
