We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our technology development teams and our business and product objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

The location of this job is in Hong Kong. The role will be hybrid, but we will expect you top come to our office a few times a week.

Responsibilities

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimise and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Own the acceptance criteria and definition of done of the development tasks
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• A degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in defining technical requirements and testing
• Great understanding of APIs and having used API discovery tools (like Postman)
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

What you need to do:

•  Responsible for mid-end system planning and design, including user management, process management, marketing, message center, and e-signature. 
• Contact with stakeholders from business, sales, and finance to collect requirements for the mid-end system, and abstract and design product solutions. 
• Participate in the planning and design of risk & strategy system, responsible for implementing and configuring strategies within mid-end system. 
• Engage in the planning of standardized products, such as Credit Rating and Profile 360, driving applications in both internal and external scenarios. 
• Build foundational data systems, including internal and external data collection and standardized processing.

• More than 2 years of experience in mid-end system products, preferably with experience in risk & strategy systems. 
• Possess good initiative and driving ability. 
• Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. 
• Proficient in product tools such as Axure, Visio, and Xmind. 
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.  
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

What you need to do

• Collaborate with the Transformation team to maintain and ensure the smooth operation of deployed RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflow.
• Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting software robots to identify and resolve any issues or exceptions.
• Support the testing and debugging of software robots to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the RPA environment.

• Current degree student in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Strong interest in automation technologies. Previous knowledge or experience with RPA is not a must, but a self-learner who is eager to develop skills in this area is preferred.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with any programming language (e.g., Python, C#) is advantageous.

• Navigate day-to-day accounting tasks: Handle account entries, bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and inquiries with precision.
