WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Responsible for all day to day billing needs
- Multi-currency billing – Including GBP, EUR, USD, NOK, SEK, DKK
- Ensure clients are operating within approved credit limits and Insurable Turnover
- Collaborate with Finance and Account Management to facilitate client billing
- Maintain Reconciliation of client prepaid media funds
- Research outstanding accounts receivable - unbilled/billed items
- Answer client inquiries to maintain good billing relations between company and client
- Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or via client portal
- Keep accurate records of client and vendor billing
- Ensure clients are billed correctly for services offered in accordance to contracted rates
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- 2 years’ experience in billing or accounting
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in either Finance or Accounting
- International experience. Expert in dealing with a large volume of Multi Currency transactions and FX billing
- Proven experience in Billing within a media or similar industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel required
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing work environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task a must
- Ability to pick up on new systems a must
