APM Monaco is looking for an experienced Assistant IT Service Delivery Manager based in our Hong Kong office. This role is a newly created position and will be reporting to Global IT Director – Infrastructure & Security in Guangzhou.

Responsibilities:

End user IT support in Hong Kong and Monaco office, include but not limited to:

• MacOS computer management & troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office 365 (email, Teams, etc) and other business-related software tools.
• User account management, creation, delegation, permission, decommission, etc.
• Asset management including computer, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, etc.
• Network management, mobile phone plan subscription, etc.
• IT devices procurement and provision.
• VIP support for high level management.
• Cooperate with other teams, provide IT values and efforts to achieve business target.

Manage IT related devices & support services for international boutiques.

• Boutique network management and troubleshooting.
• Windows PC & printing.
• Mobile device (iPad, iPhone) management via MDM.
• CCTV & Traffic Count system.
• Spotify & HiFi box.
• Device procurement, provision & delivery when necessary.
• Communicate with Area Manager/Store Manager for retail business needs, provide IT values accordingly.

Backend maintenance and supply vendor management.

• Regular visit to datacenter (located in Hong Kong) for maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Act as primary contact person for IT product & service vendor in HK: datacenter, networking, hardware & software services, etc.

Technical Skillset:

• Apple ecosystem, iOS, iPad OS, Apple TV, iCloud and especially MacOS. Be master of operation and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft enterprise technologies, AD domain, AAD, Microsoft 365.
• Networking technologies, LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN.

• Good understanding of Virtualisation technologies, VMWare and Cloud services.

Other Requirements:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for IT support service.
• Coordination, cooperation and team working ability.
• Native in Cantonese and fluent in English. French will be a plus.
• Flexibility to be on shift and support boutiques across different time zones.

• Compliance housekeeping matters – Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to corporate and compliance activities, including PA trading and conflicts
• Regulatory reporting – Ensure and track compliance with relevant regulations, including CFTC, SEC, SFC, or AMAC-related filings
• Assist in broker account opening KYC process and review of derivatives agreements
• Regularly update and maintain compliance policies
• Assist in the preparation of gap analysis and reports to senior management and regulatory agencies on the Company’s overall compliance framework
• Trade surveillance – pre and post-trade monitoring, trade error review, and trade incident investigation and reporting
• Stay up-to-date on changes to relevant legal and regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Promote Infini’s compliance awareness and compliance culture and contribute to training topics and presentations
• Review basic agreements with counterparties
• Handle Ad hoc compliance projects

• 4 - 8 years of hedge fund compliance (experience from other buy-side firms will be an advantage)
• University degree in a relevant field or law-related background will be an advantage
• Be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Working knowledge of (i) the SFO and subsidiary regulations; and (ii) other regulations such as MAS, SEC, AMAC
• Familiarity with derivatives will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Charles River, Enfusion, EZE, or other compliance/ OMS systems will be an advantage
• Strong work ethic, communications, and interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, proactively, and follow tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
