About the Role

To provide executive assistance, business and operation support to senior leader.Appointment Management, Executive and Administrative Responsibilities (40%)
To manage the intensive schedule of the leader by arranging and co-ordinating internal and external meetings/conference calls timely and effectively.
To handle intensive travel schedules and to follow through respective arrangements.
To ensure professional communications with internal business partners and external customers.
To handle critical and confidential information in a professional manner in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
To act as the key co-ordinator and provide secretarial advice within the function and to assist the leader to manage medical centre operations.

Reports and Meeting Materials (40%)
To collect and consolidate business reports.
To follow up/consolidate relevant information for leaders’ meetings with internal and external parties in a timely manner.
To seek/prepare and check the meeting materials to develop efficiency of meetings/calls.

Expense Control (10%)
To manage leader’s expense claims according to corporate policies and procedures.
To ensure expense budgeting, policy and approval process are in line,

Requirements:
Tertiary education and above with formal administrative management training is preferred.
10 years of proven experience with In-depth administrative knowledge
Be proactive, independent and good interpersonal / communication skills
Good command of written & spoken English
Strong PC skills in Office Operating Software

About the Role

• A key contributor to deliver AIA long term brand marketing goal and strategy
• Lead customer driven, industry led integrated marketing campaigns that help AIA sustain #1 brand awareness and consideration with distant leadership.
• Apply strategy, data analytics and insights to drive innovations and achieve business objectives.
• Act as Brand guardian to ensure brand communication consistency across the company.
• Partner with creative and media agencies and make sure they understand the business status to develop the right communication strategy and execution meeting company goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop integrated marketing campaign that helps maintain #1 brand awareness and consideration in the industry through understanding consumer pain points, insights and competitive market landscape.
• Drive brand resonance across different target audience over online/offline engagements
• Lead customer centric, industry led integrated marketing campaigns using data analytics, market intelligence and consumer insights to shape the strategies to achieve company business goals.
• Support Head of Brand Marketing and Communications to develop annual marketing plan with clear brand strategies to achieve company goals.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent with over 10 years relevant working experience
• Proven track record of driving and delivering results for integrated marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to keep abreast of the latest market trends
• Experience in driving full funnel marketing and create business value
• Analytical ability to extract insights and actions from data and translate into meaningful results
• Strong people and relationship building skills across internal stakeholders and external partners management
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stockholders.
• A team leader and player, organised, reliable, dynamic and adaptive to changes
