We’re now looking for a talented Communications Manager to join our team.
Open to candidates from both the brand and agency sectors, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to orchestrate PR in-house, working closely with high-performing Marketing & Communications colleagues on executing marketing solutions and 360-degree campaigns.
Responsibilities
Group PR Strategy Plan and deliver effective communications at the Group level, with activities including active pitching for thought leadership opportunities, media interviews, press events, and awards
Group PR Calendar Take ownership of the PR calendar at the Group and Outlet level and execute with correct timing and tactics
International & Local Media Engagement Create and deliver on strategy for international and local media engagement in business, lifestyle, design; and trade journals for hospitality, human resources and other relevant verticals. Deliver on coverage KPI.
Press Releases Write engaging, informative and actionable press releases
Communication Materials Write, develop and edit communication materials including awards pitches, fact sheets and other literature
Media Hosting & Outreach Active media and influencers (KOLs & KOCs) outreach in building and maintaining a robust hosting pipeline for all restaurants, facilitating communications at every level of organisation. Deliver on hosting KPI to help hit coverage KPI, in tandem with Press Office activities
Events Participate in producing events
Media Library Creation and Maintenance Work closely with General Managers and Chefs in building communications assets to effectively execute campaigns
Media and Social Listening Handle inbound media inquiries, evaluate opportunities, and monitor public and media opinion. Deploy crisis management as and when required.
Third Party Content Ensure accuracy of content on third party websites, including directories, chambers, aggregators, and booking platforms
Reports & Administration Produce monthly reports and activity forecast, internal POs and other administrative tasks
Collaboration & Teamwork Work with the Marketing & Communications team, and individual restaurant teams, in crafting marketing solutions, including overall campaign planning and execution
Vendor Management Manage vendors and suppliers
University degree, preferably with a major in communications, journalism, humanities, or related disciplines
6-8 years of solid communications and media relations experience in F&B, hospitality, travel, retail, or other, related consumer industries
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Strong communication, writing, and editing skills

Our client, a global leader in media packaging manufacturing with a growing presence in the medical packaging manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee the link between product design in Hong Kong and production in their factories located in Canada and Poland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing production across multiple plants and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly in plastic injection molding.
This is a newly created position that focuses on management responsibilities, but requires a strong technical background in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the key liaison between the product design team in Hong Kong and the production teams in Canada and Poland
Ensure seamless communication and coordination across different locations to optimize production processes
Implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing plants
Collaborate with top management to align production goals with overall business objectives
Communicate with customers and maintain strong relationships
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in both media packaging and medical manufacturing
Requirements:
Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, production management, or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of solid experience in managing manufacturing operations, preferably in plastics injection (excluding the toy industry)
Experience in injection molding processes and knowledge of plastic materials (preferred)
Knowledge of industrial automation systems (preferred)
Proven ability to manage production across multiple plants and coordinate with design teams
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Willingness to be based in Hong Kong and travel to production facilities in Canada and Poland every few months

Responsible for business development and account servicing for pest control
Provide value-added service/ solution to the clients
Implement the sales strategy
Manage and expand client base and achieve sales target
Handle customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales and post-sales service and support to customers
Develop and maintain good relationship with existing and new clients
Prepare daily quotation & sales reports
Tertiary education or above
Preferably 2 years of sales & account management experiences. Prior experience in hygiene services and pest control in service industry will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
Excellent customer service skill
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
