Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in CEO Office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
• Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations
• Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively solve problems
• Liaise with other team members to ensure efficient communication flow
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Fluent in both Chinese and English are preferred

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (co-operate with partners) to enhance the company's brand awareness and product visibility.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, interact with customers and collect market feedback.
• Collect and analyze market data to assist in formulating effective marketing strategies.
• Participate in customer relationship management to improve customer loyalty.
• Support the company's marketing, public relations and other related tasks. Take responsibility for SQL (Sales Qualified Leads).

• A university degree, majoring in marketing or related disciplines.
• Two to three years of relevant work experience, familiar with direct sales and customer relationship management.
• Good market analysis and data statistics skills.

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate/ Hospitality/ Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 2 years' experience in leasing, property developer or agency service
• Possess of EAA license is a must
• Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
• Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work outdoor and availability for weekend and public holiday shifts as required
