About the Role
The Junior Business Analyst is mainly responsible for supporting the F&B team to provide accurate reporting to support decision-making within the business. Monitoring financial performance and identifying trends. Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for management. Providing ad-hoc analysis for senior management decisions, as well as assisting with financial planning and forecasting.
Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis on financial statements, budgets, and KPIs
Variance Analysis: Analyse variances between actual and planned figures
Month end and weekly reporting packs
Consolidation of monthly sales forecasts
Working closely with executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines with 1-2 years relevant experience
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Well-organised with attention to detail
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and proficient in MS Excel
