About the Role
Responsible for leading information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising company's system infrastructure which including network security, system administration as well as system back-up and recovery.
- Responsible to supervise the technical services team for helpdesk supports and IT operation management.
- Responsible for IT problem management process to mitigate technology risk.
- Responsible for IT asset management and control.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through regular review of IT processes and implementation of approved changes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- At least 12 years relevant IT experience in which 3 years are at managerial level.
- Proven experience in supporting firewall, anti-malware, SSLVPN and intrusion protection system.
- Familiar in IT security area such as network security, cyber security, encryption methodologies, IT security audit and risk assessment.
- Proven experience in server administration (Windows platform and SQL Server).
- Sound knowledge in SAN storage and network back-up & recovery.
- Experience in AS400 administration is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability of leading IT projects to cope with various system initiatives and support the Company’s growth and development;
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight timeline;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate and make recommendations on various sophisticated IT / business solutions;
- Experience in cloud technology
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in dealing with technical and non-technical parties.
- Self-motivated, confidence and result oriented.
- Good teammate with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills.
