About the Role

The Junior Business Analyst is mainly responsible for supporting the F&B team to provide accurate reporting to support decision-making within the business. Monitoring financial performance and identifying trends. Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for management. Providing ad-hoc analysis for senior management decisions, as well as assisting with financial planning and forecasting.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis on financial statements, budgets, and KPIs
• Variance Analysis: Analyse variances between actual and planned figures
• Month end and weekly reporting packs
• Consolidation of monthly sales forecasts
• Working closely with executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Well-organised with attention to detail
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and proficient in MS Excel
